• Accommodation Viewing:

  • Guests may see accommodations before checking in (but not after 5 PM).

  • No refunds or returns after checking in.

• Rates and Availability:

  • Rates, terms, and availability are subject to change without notice.

  • Please call to get current rates.

• Payment:

  • Payment is due on arrival.

  • NO PERSONAL CHECKS accepted.

  • Accepted payment methods: cash, traveler's check, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express).

• Check-In:

  • Time: After 2 PM until 6 PM on the date of arrival.

  • Physical credit card and ID required for check-in.

  • Early check-in MAY be available for an additional charge (must be arranged with the office).

• Check-Out:

  • Time: 10 AM.

  • Late check-out must be fully authorized by management; additional charges may apply.

  • Late check-out MAY be available for an additional charge (must be arranged with the office).

• Late Arrivals:

  • Must make prior arrangements with the office.

  • Note: We are a small business in a small town.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • Any cancelation within 10 days prior to check-in is non-refundable.
